Insurance: In-Network Coverage

HEADWAY: Headway provides insurance billing support for clients who are utilizing their in-network benefits to pay for therapy. Through your account, you will receive updates on coverage and copays.

We currently accept Aetna, Oscar Health, United Healthcare and Oxford medical insurance for clients physically located in NYS only.

Out-of-Network Coverage and Self-Pay:

We also accept self-pay clients and those utilizing their out-of-network benefits. For current self-pay rates please contact us, as this is subject to change based on ongoing experience and training. Superbills are provided at your request to support with out-of-network reimbursement. See below for more information about additional reimbursement support.

MENTAYA: Mentaya is a platform that helps clients receive reimbursement on out-of-network therapy sessions. Mentaya charges a 5% fee per claim to file claims and handle the insurance paperwork to help you receive full reimbursement and save you time.

This is an optional service, and we do not receive compensation from your participation with Mentaya.
